Here we thought that medicine had come a long way and doctors were finally apt to say whether a person was really dead or not. But a local town council in central Turkey, Malatya, apparently does not trust modern medicines and has come up with this novel idea of equipping its morgue with a warning system just in case the dead bodies came back to life.
